Less than 1% of School of Rock students are selected each year to represent School of Rock as an AllStar. Becoming an AllStar is the highest level of achievement for a School of Rock student. These students often go on to have accomplished careers in the music industry. Former AllStars have gone on to become touring artists, star in Broadway musicals, get signed to record deals, become finalists on talent competitions like The Voice and American Idol, or have other notable roles in the music industry.Headliners is the premiere band for the Cleveland Schools of Rock. An audition based group, consisting of students aging between 14-18 years old. The bands musical catalog ranges all over the musical spectrum. From Aretha Franklin to Vulfpeck, Headliners artistically reimagine arrangements, creating a unique, comprehensive live musical experience. Performing all over Northeast Ohio, the band also hits the road this Summer for a southern tour. Every year, the group turns, ensuring a brand new exciting show every year. The School of Rock Junior Headliners are an elite group of talented young musicians, eighth grade and under, who hail from all three Cleveland School of Rock locations. This audition-based crew performs a variety of music that is rooted deeply in rock and roll, and theyre not afraid to tear up the stage and melt faces! School of Rock is committed to creating and educating the next generation(s) of great musicians; this group is the result of that commitment.
