Come join us!Garrison Bros in Hye, Texas has been dedicated to making fine bourbon since becoming Texass first legal distillery and opening their doors to the public in 2006. So committed were they to succeeding that even though almost their entire first year of bourbon was destroyed by the Texas heat, but they persevered and found a cooperage to make thicker barrels that could withstand the extreme temperatures. Today they make one of the most diverse and well respected bourbon whiskey products available. We invite you to come and learn about the distillery from the people who work and live there. The last time they were here they surprised us with a few new and limited releases this time should be no different! Our collection of bourbons has been a labor of love for us. Over the 10 years we have been open we have assembled an astounding collection of fine whiskey for our patrons to try. Currently we have over 170 bourbons and are constantly on the lookout for more great expressions of this fine American spirit. The entire Buffalo Trace antique collection is currently available to taste and is made accessible more easily due to our flight program. Brown Foremans entire line of Jack Daniels, Woodford, and Old Forester are a constant feature. Heaven Hills extensive lineup is proudly displayed as well as Garrison Bros host of fine offerings. Whistle Pig, Sazerac, Angels Envy, Jeffersons, Makers Mark, Stellum, Uncle Nearest ok you get the point.
