About Fontaines D.C.

Fontaines D.C. is an Irish post-punk band that has taken the music scene by storm with their raw and energetic sound. Formed in Dublin in 2017, the band consists of five members: Grian Chatten on vocals, Carlos O'Connell and Conor Curley on guitars, Conor Deegan III on bass, and Tom Coll on drums. Fontaines D.C.'s music is heavily influenced by the punk and post-punk movements of the late 70s and early 80s, with a modern twist. Their songs are characterized by driving guitar riffs, pounding drums, and Chatten's distinctive vocals, which deliver poetic and introspective lyrics.
