Acis & Galatea tells a tale of love, jealousy, and mythological mischief. Since its creation, it has been one of the most charming and performed operas by Handel. Director Meeker describes this production as visual poetry. Imagine a shepherd falling for a sea nymph, only for a mythical cyclops to crash their love story. Fountains sprout from a lovers tragic murder, adding a splash of resolution to heartbreak. Run Time 90 minutes, no intermission Performing in English with English supertitles
