Doyle Wolfgang Von Frankenstein, known simply as Doyle, is a renowned American guitarist best known for his work with the iconic punk rock band, the Misfits. Born Paul Caiafa in 1964, Doyle has been a significant figure in the punk rock scene since the early 1980s. His unique style and raw energy have earned him a dedicated following, with their fans often citing his powerful stage presence and distinctive guitar sound as key elements of his appeal. Doyle's journey in the music industry began when he joined the Misfits in 1980, replacing Bobby Steele as the band's guitarist. Despite being only 16 at the time, Doyle's talent was undeniable. Doyle's contributions to the Misfits' albums, including "Walk Among Us" and "Earth A.D./Wolfs Blood," are still celebrated by their fans today.
