About L7
L7 is an American rock band that emerged from the Los Angeles punk rock scene in 1985. The band's original lineup consisted of Donita Sparks, Suzi Gardner, Jennifer Finch, and Demetra Plakas. L7 is known for their grunge-infused sound, which has been influential in the punk and metal scenes. Their music is characterized by heavy guitar riffs, aggressive lyrics, and a raw, energetic performance style that resonates with their fans. L7's music is often associated with the Riot Grrrl movement of the early 1990s, although the band themselves have stated that they were never officially part of that scene.
